Refunds and Returns Policy

At Tap-That, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 28 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

Please note that customised items cannot be returned unless they are technically faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund within 7 - 14 business days. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please initiate the process via our Contact Us form.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please fill out the form on our Contact Us page detailing the problem. A member of our customer service team will be in touch to assist you.

Please remember to keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.
